че мужик сказал?
so basically its bored out .020????
You’re a nice guy sir.
But relax, go have a time on a trip or something, and get some sleep
Thanks for making so much videos for us though
Yeah they have an oil pan like any other engine and to remove the crank you’d have to split the engine/casing.
really neat and informative video. never knew how blocks were honed and things like that. nice work!
So, do boxer engines have an oil pan like a conventional engine? how does one go about removing the crankshaft?
its a flat four. so basically its two cylinders that are horizontally opposed. Subaru uses “Boxer Engines” to lower the center of gravity
yo miata guy… that was just the other side of it.. each side has 2 cylinders
they have 4 cylinders…look up boxer engine or more technically correct horizontally opposed engine
they are 4 bangers
subaru’s have boxer engines, which means they are “flat” instead of a v shape or inline. so two pistons go to the right and two pistons go to the left, just type “boxer engine” into google images for a visual
could somebody explain a subbie engine 2 me? i’ve never worked on them b4… i thgouht they had 4 cylinders but i didnt see 4… i kno i’m a tool 4 not knowing but i gotta learn it!
You look like a very old sad dog. I enjoy your movies tho
Get a sleep study, it appears you might sleep apnea.
whats honing and whats it for?
I am using a profilometer to measure surface texture. Each manufacturer will publish specifications for surface finish requirements. This one was between 20,0 and 30,0 Ra.
