First and foremost, the GTO is a RWD yet the STI has better handling. The GTO has 400 Brake horsepower, and the STI has 300. Yet it is only a 10th of a second off on the quarter mile marker. Did I mention the STI has better stopping capabilities, because its four piston brake calipers. And much lighter curb weight. It looks to me that the only real competition is the EVO 8. But when its “King Kong VS Godzilla” Godzilla stands supreme.
